Order processing
Orders are typically prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be longer during launches, restocks, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand.
Estimated delivery times
Standard delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. These delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
Tracking details are sent after dispatch. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking events to begin updating after the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping details are correct before completing checkout. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery delays or return-to-sender charges may apply.
International orders
International shipments may be subject to customs checks, duties, taxes, or import fees. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless local law states otherwise.
Undeliverable or refused packages
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an address issue, reshipment or refund adjustments may apply based on the actual carrier costs incurred.
