Return window
You may request a return within 14 days after your order is marked as delivered.
Eligibility
- The item must be returned in its original condition
- All accessories, inserts, and original packaging should be included
- Items showing clear signs of misuse, damage after delivery, or missing parts may not qualify for a full refund
How to start a return
Email hello@hikaristudio.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include photos or a short video.
Return shipping
Unless the item is incorrect, damaged on arrival, or confirmed defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please report these issues within 3 days of delivery so we can review the case quickly and offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
Non-delivery and delays
Shipping delays alone do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund. If your parcel has not moved for an unusual period, contact us and we will review the shipment with the carrier.
