Hikari Studio Return & Refund Policy
At Hikari Studio, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
📌 Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
📌 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
📌 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@hikaristudio.store
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the item back to the provided return address
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
📦 Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- A return handling fee of €20 may be deducted from your refund
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified via email
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
❗ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us immediately at info@hikaristudio.store
- Include photos of the issue
👉 In such cases, we will:
- Send a replacement free of charge, or
- Issue a full refund
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or worn items
- Items damaged by misuse
- Personalized or custom-made products
📭 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Failure to receive delivery
👉 We may:
- Charge reshipping fees, or
- Deduct shipping costs from the refund
